Toddler Capillaries On Face

Wolschheim: a city league to chase a couple in distress

Witnesses recognized the mayor of the town of Wolschheim, accompanied by about 15 people, and 4 tractors. All have come to press a couple in trouble, they want out of their city.
Yesterday at 18: 45 pm, a tractor was blocking the entrance, preventing the couple to return home, waiting for 3 other tractors, engines roaring ...
Threats, pressures, insults ... Headed by the mayor himself.

The police refused his help, because the case does not fall within their jurisdiction. The determination on this couple, whose wife is ill, lasted an hour without any intervention, no help.

Who is this couple wants to drive a city?
He loses his job. It is a few quarters of his retirement, and he is stuck. A galley is not alone, now the boss indelicate, blocks allowances, and the entire record assedic ... The couple is brutally
live solely on income of the wife, or 1,000 euros.
The rent of the cottage is 850 euros.

The owner refused any dialogue for her if you do not pay, we leave.
Social services have offered nothing, no help, no support, not even the start of a plan of sprawl ...
When on the town a 3 bedroom low-rent is for rent, the mayor refuses to this couple.

"We do not want people like you here", that's the only reason given, as if poverty, twists of fate had no place to Wolschheim.

The last "promise" the mayor is clear: "you will not live anywhere, I will use my power so that no houses for people like you."

Presentation DEDAAL

Living a decent place is a necessity for all.
DEDAAL is concerned about housing for all, by the relocation of all in compliance with applicable laws.

DEDAAL (D ights t D E evoirs for A ccess A u ousing L) is a combination of aid and support of all persons experiencing housing difficulties.

An integral frame and unitary
DEDAAL open to all residents of Strasbourg and the CUS: homeless, badly housed, indebted persons, returnees, etc..
DEDAAL promotes working with other local associations and groups, working in housing or accommodation, employment, etc.. Not to mention the owners' associations, co-owners, etc..
DEDAAL invest in the life of the city, offering friendly meetings, performances or joining the activities of neighborhood associations.

An institutional framework
DEDAAL directly involved in institutional life, for his involvement in neighborhood councils, participating in committees directly related to housing.

Intermediate between families and government
The main interest of DEDAAL is to be a powerful intermediary between the poor and the government. Because the French system and its complications are generally immune to these families.

The private rental market is almost inaccessible to the very low incomes, while access to the park office is congested.
Faced with conditions increasingly difficult DEDAAL adapt its practices by creating public-private partnerships, and offering innovative solutions or supporting those of its partners.
