DEDAAL open to all residents of Strasbourg and the CUS: homeless, badly housed, indebted persons, returnees, etc..
DEDAAL promotes working with other local associations and groups, working in housing or accommodation, employment, etc.. Not to mention the owners' associations, co-owners, etc..
DEDAAL invest in the life of the city, offering friendly meetings, performances or joining the activities of neighborhood associations.
