New PTZ (PTZ +) is effective since January 17, 2011, and aims to increase the number of owners in France, reaching a rate of 70%.
This new device is designed for prospective buyers for their primary residence. These can borrow up to 128,000 euros. However, to borrow the maximum is better to be a large family and have a low-energy housing (see ECD).
The price of a diagnosis PTZ is variable and is traded on average between 50 and 90 euros.
